Today prolly around 2200 cals 160gs of protein and I’ll eat another meal when I get home. I eat similarly to coach Greg where I try to have a ton of protein and eat every 3 hrs. Then for the next couple months I would workout but regress in my lifts. I didn’t think anything of it and went back to smoking. I had quit for like a week or so then and I was nauseous sometimes esp after work prolly cause I was grinding and not drinking enough water. I believe you are in the same situation I was in last March. Prodromal phase is what they call it before you get to the vomiting phase or hyperemesis. Also, if im not the only case, does anyone perhaps know the reason as to why im feeling nauseous upon taking gorilla mode energy? But im just curious if anyone has had a similar experience. Afterwards, since I had been waiting to try gorilla products for months, I had a small meal and retook gorilla mode energy (im taking full servings btw 2 scoops), my stomach felt queezy for about 15minutes and then the stims hit me aka it worked and I didnt vomit.ĭecided to retest my theory on whether it was energy that made me vomit so the next day I took energy again, this time eating half an hour prior.
